The accommodations here in Dubai are really expensive now a days. Hotels rates ( One star to two star ) range from 300 - 400 dirhams per day (single bedroom type) and Studio flats range from 5,000 to 7,000 dirhams a month. Also, the rates depend on the different seasons of the year and events as well. Since we are approaching the winter season, rates are more likely to increase. Hope this information could be of little help at least.

Accommodation costs change from day to day. The best option is for your interested parties to contact operators directly as in some cases they can suggest house sharing with certain individuals.  On previous occasions they have spent many hours finding solutions to this only for it to change, or the candidates to drop out.

ALL hotels are full and the rates vary from one day to another. In the past we have spent many hours visiting and checking accommodation only for the client to back out. We have to do this on an individual basis because of the different rates the vary so much, it may be a concert for Indians, Iranians, Egyptians, Westerners, an exhibition etc. These take up all the spare capacity.  To book for July we would have to pay for it in advance, ie now! In fact every booking requires a credit card or the booking can not be made.  To be honest we are not prepared to do this because your payment to us is often months late.

We spend longer trying to find accommodation for individuals than probably any other provider you deal with. We simply can not do that for people not booked on a course.  We had a lady from India took a job here to do the course in July, this lady had cancelled last year for the same reason, she said that she now realises the difficulty and understands the problem.
